I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location, surrounded by manicured extensive gardens, was absolutely stunning. I loved wandering through the parklands and taking in the beautiful views of the Andaman Sea. The staff here were incredibly friendly and hospitable, always greeting me with a warm smile. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The leisure swimming pool was a great place to relax and cool off. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus.

The facilities were great and the extras like massages and dining were reasonably priced. The highlight was the tour to Nyaung Oo Phee Island, which had the most beautiful beaches and crystal-clear water. Our tour guide Nyi Zaw Oo was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. The resort itself was clean and the food delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and resort for a wonderful vacation experience.

There was a slight delay during check, in which was a hassle.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this hotel and we had a wonderful time. The location was stunning, with breathtaking sea views and beautiful sunsets. The swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. The hotel offered a great variety of activities for guests, including nature walks and visits to nearby attractions.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and the food was mediocre. , the walls were too thin, and we could hear our neighbors conversations, which was a bit disturbing.
